Literally everything will be taken care off, all you have to do is dress up and get married. Joelle provides the flower field, ceremony setup, photography, the florals and organises a trusted celebrant. And what’s even better is the price! Since everything is already on Joelle’s farm, all travel fees are nonexistent which means more money saved on your end. 

The field is located in Port Huon, Tasmania and because it’s on a hill it has the spectacular view of the Huon River and surrounding mountains.

This all inclusive elopement wedding package is a completely unique experience like you’ve never seen before, Joelle has created this field solely for elopements and has optimised it specifically for her own photography needs. It’s perfect for couples travelling to Tasmania from the mainland or for local couples who jus want to get married in the most unique way. The flower field is filled with dahlias, roses, sunflowers and wildflowers. You can customise your ceremony set up in the dahlia aisle, the arch can be decorated in different colour palettes or designs with candles and flower vases which can be scattered for a rustic look. And no elopement is complete without a complimentary bottle of champagne to kick start the celebrations!

Bookings are now officially open for 2027 and if you’re planning on eloping during the months of Jan, Feb, March and April (as that’s when the dahlias and summer flowers put on their best show) then don’t wait around and contact me to book in for your special day! Weekdays and weekends are both accepted however spaces are limited each week as my main focus is quality over quantity. A 25% deposit is required to make a booking and a payment plan will be created for your convenience and peace of mind. 

You can also customise your package by adding additional services, I love tweaking and designing your special day. If you treasure getting ready photos I will travel to your location to capture those moments. Or if you’ve planned a reception or fancy dinner afterwards I can photograph that too! You can refer to the additional services above.

If you rather leave all the organising to the pros, well… you can relax now! We’ll discuss all the details during the meeting & planning session. We’ll talk about the day schedule, choose a celebrant together based on your needs (the celebrant will contact you themselves as each one has a different process), we’ll discuss about your bouquet and arbour decorations and much more. 

***In case of extreme rain or bad weather the whole package can be moved to another day without extra charge. However if it’s only a bit of rain we will go ahead and clear umbrellas will be provided. This is an adventurous elopement package so couples are expected to have an open mind and positive attitude for whatever Mother Nature throws at us.
